Hey I'm Allison.
aha..I thought I'd start out by just sharing something about myself.
As photographers we do pick up on details in things, others might not.
For this reason I love animated movies. Why?
Well, how close can they get to replicating the real thing?
I'm very critical.
There's Monster's Inc, big monsters and a kid,
okay very colorful and fun animation-wise.
The Incredibles, humans again,
but they have to create the super powers they have, getting better.
Ratatouille, a movie about a mouse chef.
?!!?!? Think about it.
This means details in the food and the mouse's point of view have to be on point.
Watch. and you tell me.
The shadows, the point of interest through a rat's eyes just keeps me locked in.
There's scenes where it rains. Something they didn't have to do.
It must've made everything so much more complicated to animate, but they did it.
The up close detail in the food. I can't. I can watch this movie over and over.
